Shamanic Breathwork

My name is Erik de Graaf.

I was born in the Netherlands. Left school when I was 13 and started working in many different area’s to provide services.

I started travelling the world when I was 18: Australië, Europe, Asia, and South America. I traveled the world to find the best methodes for having peace of mind and a good live. As Google did not gave me this answers.

After learning from the world, i started giving back. I first did this as a volunteer in crisis area’s with refugees in Greece. And a project for children from the streets in Nicaragua.

I learned the most from the people how i could facilitate a little step further in life.

And my own transformational path gave me the opportunity to became the version of myself how I am now.

The work in a retreat center in the south of France and my  time in monestry’s in India & yoga centers in Thailand gave me the knowledge what made me a teacher.

When I started facilitating breathwork sessions and retreats from 2018, i saw that the people really benefited.

This is why I suggest everyone how wants to get rid of old stories, believes or stress: Try at least one time in your live a shamanic breathwork session If you have the time.
